I have the pleasure of introducing you to our charity website.
I am a philanthropist at heart, and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction to be able to give back to the community. In 2006, I decided to launch this charity to create a legacy of good causes in the community.
In 2020, we moved into new premises and our projects have since grown and flourished. Our aim is very simple, and that is to make a difference to the lives of people and companion animals. Quite often people assume that our focus is entirely on animal-based activity, and though we do have programmes based around just that, we are constantly developing exciting new projects and partnerships. These aim to help enhance the lives of disadvantaged people, by offering practical recreational facilities and life skill opportunities, as well as using the arts, the outdoors and events to bring enjoyment to the whole community.
Our website aims to give you some information about our current projects and an introduction to our facilities.
Community support can be vital for many of us to thrive. If you feel our projects may be of benefit to yourself or a loved one, or if you feel you could help with any activities, please speak to a member of my wonderful team.
Our flagship reading with dogs scheme aims to build confidence and positivity surrounding reading in children of all ages.
Offering a range of recreational activities that are designed to develop and enhance life skills. Aimed at children and adults at risk of social isolation.
Our way of enriching the lives of people who live in our community who have the potential to become socially excluded.
